The purchase and registration areas of our site (OnLine Shop) are secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your information. The secure site is indicated in the URL with the use of "https://", and often reflected at the bottom of your browser with a lock or key graphic.
Any links to external web sites may be developed by people over whom All American Classics exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information.
All American Classics may present links in a format that enables us to understand whether they have been followed. We use this information to understand and improve the quality of our products and web site. For instance, this data helps us determine how popular a product is and if there is anything we can do to improve on it.
Customers will be notified within 24 hours via email with shipping amounts before orders are shipped. All items in stock will be shipped the next shipping day after the order is completed. Items out of stock will be shipped within 7-10 days. Customers will be notified of back ordered items and given the option of canceling the item, or waiting until the item is in stock, at which time it will be shipped. All orders shipped within the Continental United States will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), with the exception of items that exceed the UPS size and weight limits. Orders to all other locations in the world will be shipped the least expensive way possible, unless requested differently by the customer.
UPS Dimensional Weight
Dimensional Weight: As per the UPS website - If the cubic size of the package (LxWxH) is 5,184 inches or larger, divide the cubic size by 194 to determine dimensional weight in pounds. If the cubic size is less than 5,184, use the actual weight of the package. UPS shipping charges are based on whichever weight is greatest.
Items that are too large or heavy to be shipped by UPS will be shipped via freight truck. To be covered by insurance, items shipped via freight truck must be delivered to a place of business or picked up at the closest freight terminal.
All returns for a refund must be done within 30 days of shipment. No refunds on electrical items, special order items, installed parts, or custom cuts. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must call us or email our main office for return authorization and include a copy of your invoice with the return. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. All returned items must be in their original, resalable condition.
